Collision Investigation Results In Impaired By Drug Charge

In the late evening hours on Wednesday on Wednesday September 28th, Shelburne Police were called to the scene of a single motor vehicle collision on Willow Street.

Shelburne Police arrived at the scene to find a car had left the roadway and struck a tree on a residences front yard.

The investigation resulted in 38 year old Phillip Reis of Brampton arrested and charged with driving while impaired by drug.

Thankfully there were no injuries.
