Police Appealing Public For Information In Theft Of Truck, Trailer, And Snowmobiles

In late December a trailer with two snowmobiles was stolen from a storage area in Shelburne.  On December 30th the trailer was recovered by OPP in Melanchthon. The trailer was attached to a stolen pick-up truck that was stolen from Orangeville during the same time frame.  However the two snowmobiles have not been recovered, and police have not made any arrests in connection to these thefts.

Shelburne Police are appealing the public for any information in regards to these thefts or the location of these snowmobiles.  Shelburne Police wants to hear from you no matter how insignificant the information may seem to be.  Both snowmobiles were 2015 Polaris 550’s.

If anyone has any information in relation to this case or any other matter, they are encouraged to contact the Shelburne Police Service at 519-925-3312 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at www.crimestopperssdm.com.
