SHELBURNE POLAR PLUNGE FOR SPECIAL OLYMPICS – FEBRUARY 19TH – PLUNGERS WANTED

Are you brrr-ave enough?

Polar Plunge season is upon us and this your chance to show us how “cool” you really are. Register, fundraise, and take the plunge in support of Special Olympics!

As part of the annual Shelburne Police Torch Run for Special Olympics, Constable Jeff McLean has decided to take the fund raising efforts one step further. He is organizing the Shelburne Polar Plunge for Special Olympics. Constable McLean says he hopes to raise $10,000.00 through this event.

The plunge is scheduled for 1:30pm on Monday February 19th at Fiddle Park as part of ShelBrrr Fest 2018.

Plungers confirmed so far include Chief Moore, Constable McLean, and Constable Hubbert as well as Mayor Ken Bennington, Deputy Mayor Geoff Dunlop, and Counsellor Dan Sample.
